Cancellation Policy
- As a courtesy, please remember to call us as soon as you know that you will be unable to make your scheduled appointment and we'd be happy to re-book it for you or cancel it.
- If you cancel 24 hours before the start time of your rental you will get a full refund.
- If cancel with less than 24hrs of the rental starting time, we will keep the deposit of 25%.
- Rental price will also be fully refunded if your Tiki Boat cannot go out due to bad weather.
- No Shows will be charged the whole price.
